TifosiRoma - Gini WIjnaldum is hoping to be back in to the field in January 2023 after suffering a broken leg in early August during training.
Gini has made progress in his recovery according to recent reports by Corriere dello Sport, Wijnaldum has completed the first phase of recovery and will now regularly work with Roma's medical staff after undergoing an intensive one-month recovery in Rotterdam.
Dring his stay in the Netherlands, Wijnaldum consults daily with local experts and the club's medical staff. No complications have arisen in recent weeks and Roma believe the 31-year-old midfielder is in the process of making a full recovery in the New Year.
